Justin is a conservative administrator and manager with his pulse on the day-to-day operations of the Company. Justin brings more than twenty years of combined experience in Fortune 500 corporate human resources, federal and local law enforcement, and technical consulting. Justin has more than eight years of dedicated experience in the development of IDA, including all aspects of corporate governance, strategic planning, capital acquisition, policy and procedure development, operations oversight, employee development, and human resources.

Jerry is a wealth of resources having worked at the executive, senior management, and consulting levels nationally and internationally in the accounting, financial services, and consulting industries. Jerry is a CPA with more than thirty years of institutional experience at the Fortune 100 level in public accounting with expertise in financial services including life insurance, property & casualty insurance, mutual funds, broker-dealer operations, and federal and SEC reporting requirements for both privately held and publicly traded companies. Jerry is a former Senior Partner with one of the world’s largest international public accounting firms and currently sits on numerous Boards of Director’s in the financial services industry sector.

Robert Schmitt – CIO
Robert has nineteen years experience with information technology and project management. Mr. Schmitt’s areas of expertise include design, development, deployment and oversight of databases and multi-media applications. As a consultant, Mr. Schmitt has worked with teams of all sizes including major U.S. Government Departments and Fortune 500 Companies and his experience includes international operations in Europe and the Middle East.
